Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development (with a background in law preffered) di kantor PT MIW (Madinah Indah Wisata) untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.000.000.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Board of Directors and executive management team, as well as using their negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals and partnerships on behalf of the company. 

Placement: Taman Sari Group, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Use negotiation skills to develop and execute negotiation strategies for a variety of business deals, including contracts, partnerships, and other agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful negotiations.

• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in negotiations, including the ability to articulate the company’s position clearly and persuasively.

• Track negotiation progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate records of all agreements and contracts.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance best practices.

• Assist with the development of corporate policies and procedures, and ensure that they are properly communicated and implemented.

• Coordinate with outside legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.

• Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and executive management team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.

• Evaluate and analyze proposals and counter-proposals, and provide recommendations to senior management.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with various negotiation scenarios, and develop appropriate responses.

• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and other interactions to move negotiations forward and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Track negotiation progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate records of all agreements and contracts.

• Assist Legal to review and drafting agreements between internal/external parties (MOU, contract)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

• High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity software.

• Ability to travel as needed for negotiations and other business-related activities.
