What you’ll do

• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Issue transaction details to clients
• Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
• Review documents and work closely with related departments
• Assist with the refund claim process
• Support sales department with other administrative tasks and project-based activities

What we seek

• Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
• Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong at negotiation to get the best deal out of every partnership
• Skills in administrative records keeping
• Familiar with and able to use Excel or Google Sheet
• Experience in a sales support position in a similar industry will be a plus

What you’ll need

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales support (start-up /logistic/ e-commerce  industry is a plus)
• Good understanding of sales process
