What will you do :

• Reach Sales numbers assigned by the company and generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting, networking.
• Construct high level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by Identifying market gaps and opportunities
• Handle Additional projects assigned
• Develop ideas and proposals to sellers and key brands through pitching and presentations
• Analyze brands’ and sellers progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performance
• Work closely with internal teams (eg: operation, finance, CX, marketing, creative) to optimize the visibility and credibility of brands and sellers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Create the progress report to senior manager.
• Conduct Administrative process necessary to close sales.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree from any field, coupled with at least 3+ years of working experience
• MUST HAVE Owned Sales pipelines (Seller in Marketplace)
• Accustomed to working under pressure and individual contributors.
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations is a must
• HUNTER personality, agile, target oriented, and Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel, Powerpoint), Product Knowledge, Salesforce, and English Language is required,
• Working with Target, and will monthly review to form the basis for the probation assessment.
