Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s current shipment products; as well as strength, weakness, and placement in current market industries / compared by competitor
  • Research new market opportunities to formulate business/partnership model and scheme for new projects
  • Supporting Head of Business Development by acting as an advisor / commercial expert for Shipment related matters; ensuring that management and company can reach maximum revenue, leads, or any other targeted achievements
  • Will be responsible to reach business growth, targeted revenue, or other related target of company shipment products
  • Responsible to become point of contact for all customer and partner shipment matters and needs; as well as ensuring every teams that responsible to shipment able to give quality service/information as needed by customer and partner
  • Able to analyze and understand customer’s needs & effectively communicate all offers to customer
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with Jubelio shipment customer
  • Other duties as needed in related field of shipment products and service analysis

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Management, Business, or Communication majors is highly preferred
  • Min 3-4 years experiences as Business Development, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or related position. Previous experience from Shipping or Aggregator Company is a must for this Position
  • Previous knowledge or experience in handling and managing shipment and fullfilment services
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple customer / account management issue at once time, while still maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experienced in compiling and developing business proposals, agreement contracts, presentations to partners, etc
  • Results and detail-oriented, with strong passion and intuition on how to solve problems completely and quickly
  • Possess creative and visionary mind and can propose new business ideas and leads for the company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as ability to interface with stakeholder

  • Having experience on implementing integration with third party system (Tokopedia, Lazada, Go-Jek, etc) would be a huge advantage.

  • Enough knowledge to pull and push data to PostgreSQL
