Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Senior Staff di kantor PwC Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

A position in Business Development, within Internal Firm Services. The responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

  • Prospective client management: central point of contact for pipeline management and actively follows up leads; Facilitate connectivity within cross line of service, drive practitioner to utilize one firm approach and supporting tools.
  • Proposal development: Provide proposals support including proposal management and advice, proposal coaching of our priority/major proposals, driving one firm proposal best practice and supporting tools; Working with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to align proposals support to business strategy and priority areas (Including proposal preparation pre-RFP, throughout the proposal process, at presentation stage (including one-on-one coaching) and post decision).
  • Priority Accounts Management: Provide management support of Industry Priority Accounts
  • Industry development: Provide support in driving the development, alignment and execution of Industry business plans, include program tracking & regular review with suggested recommendation. 
  • Cluster connectivity: Liaise closely with Cluster and Global team to ensure proper alignment of strategy and to optimize benefits of cluster connectivity.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding how professional service firms go to market and a broad knowledge of the products and services PwC provide to our clients;
  • Understanding how the business influences driving of marketing and sales best practices with long-term impact to the firm;
  • Executing Markets Strategy to enable consistent quality standards across Business Units;
  • Applying judgment to see long term impact of issues/ ideas as they relate to strategic initiatives and objectives;
  • Possessing strong relationship management and collaboration skills and the ability to drive consensus & collaboration across multiple channels, organizations & leaders;
  • Creating/conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to next steps;
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new innovative and baseline marketing and sales tools, practices, and training to enable teams across core functional capabilities;
  • Demonstrating project management skills and effectively prioritizing/managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Using written and verbal communication skills, including problem/conflict resolution skills;
  • Building and managing relationships across a global network, including managing a matrixed organization;
  • Understanding high level of client services, modeled through ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and ensure maximum impact/outcomes;
  • Managing budgets, and collecting and analyzing data to communicate ROI/impact;
  • Demonstrating experience with Microsoft and Google applications;
  • Working with CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferable);
  • Understanding the Salesforce platform and how it is used to drive leading sales practice across a global network;

Preferred Education Level and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business/Economy or a related major
  • Four to five years of experience in professional services or B2B
