Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun syarat yang kami butuhkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 7.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack’ products and solutions
  • Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
  •  Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
  •  Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
  • Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  •  A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
  • You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
  • Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in sales field (B2B) in Automotive, Logistic, Transportation, IT Company.
  • Has good database for automotive/logistics/transportation/mining, etc.
  •  Prospecting & cold calling experience
  • A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
  • Good communication & listening skills to understand a customer’s needs and tailor a relevant pitch
  • Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
  • Work-based in Surabaya or East Java area
