Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development di perusahaan PT STAR Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

PT STAR Software Indonesia is looking for reliable individuals as Business Development (BD) who is excellent at seeking & maintaining clients (B2B & B2G) for our sister company – creative agency.
Job Description:
- Being in charge of the company’s sales goal.
- Constantly seeking for new business & project opportunities for the company.
- Conducting a cost-benefit analysis and a needs analysis of current and new clients to ensure that their requirements are addressed.
- Using logical explanation to present, promote services to current and potential customers.
- Contacting potential clients and maintaining customer relationships via offline and online, and other sales funnels.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction, resolve customer concerns and complaints as soon as possible.
- Working with the team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts so that agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes are met on time.
- Evaluating the territory/potential, market’s track sales, and provide status reports.
Requirement:
- Having a bachelor’s degree or a diploma
- Have some experiences as Marketing/Sales in Creative/Digital work will be preferable
- Have some experiences in creating deck proposal and doing presentation for pitching will be preferable
- Proven the expertise with more than 200 million IDR in junior positions and more than 1 billion IDR in senior positions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and communication skills.
- Regularly manage and report on sales activities as well as perform after-sales.
