As the Business Development & Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaborations and expanding business network. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive and visually appealing proposal decks to present partnership opportunities to potential collaborators.
• Create attractive and compelling partnership packages, highlighting the mutual benefits of collaboration.
• Utilize existing network and build new relationships with key industry players and potential partners.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships for school visits, educational programs, and field trips.
• Establish partnerships with payment gateway providers and ticketing platforms to streamline payment processes and enhance customer experience.
• Forge partnerships with merchants to offer exclusive deals and promotions for our customers.
• Identify and secure co-branding opportunities with external brands to expand our brand visibility and reach.
• Establish relationships with vendors to provide seamless services for birthday parties and other events.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with policies.
• Collaborate with experts and institutions to offer specialized classes and workshops for our customers.

An excellent candidate will need to have an exceptional communication and presentation skills for preparing compelling proposal decks with proven experience in business development, partnerships, and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
• Persuasive and adept at articulating the value of collaboration to potential partners.
