Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Officer di kantor PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

You will be part of the Investment team that will support the Investment origination process in the Company to provide financing (in the form of loan, mezzanine, or equity financing) to clients in line with the company’s business target.

The financing conducted shall be in line with the company’s vision in becoming the catalyst of infrastructure development, but still maintaining the acceptable risk/return on each financing project.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of Project Information Document (PID);
Support the development of the financial model for the project and provide general transaction support in order to ensure the successful execution of the project;
Support the preparation letter of intent and Project Appraisal Memorandum (PAM) to ensure successful investment execution.

Requirements

Background

Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Other majors;
Up to 5 years of working experience in financial institutions, especially Corporate Banking;
Good analytical and communication skills;

Skill

Understand the basic principle of the credit process;
Familiar with financial & operating performance analysis;
Exposure to Project Finance is a plus point;
Good analytical and communication skills;
English proficiency (writing and verbal).

PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) is a private non-bank financial institution under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Regulation (PMK) No. 100/2009, professionally managed, with a focus on investing in commercially feasible infrastructure projects. The establishment of IIF is a key element of strategic development by Government of Indonesia and development partners among international financial institutions to address the constraints on the flow of private investment in infrastructure.

Our objective is to address a key gap in the institutional landscape for infrastructure development and finance in Indonesia – a commercially oriented entity providing fund based products such as long term financing, non fund based products such as guarantees as well as fee based services for infrastructure projects.

Supported by its strong capital base from shareholders and 25 years subordinated loan on-lending facilities from World Bank and Asian Development Bank, IIF is well-positioned to create a niche market as a catalyst to finance green field infrastructure projects. In the medium term, IIF has significant leverage to mobilize the domestic capital market through the issuance of Rupiah denominated infrastructure project bonds to broaden the capital sources to support rapid growth in infrastructure development in Indonesia.

Furthermore, IIF has a unique position to support Government by providing advice on infrastructure policy issues. We are also best positioned to support the project sponsors as well as to collaborate with other financial institutions by providing advisory services, extending long tenor Rupiah financing and a range of other financial instruments including guarantees, subordinated debt and minority equity stakes.
