As Infrastructure Business Development in the Infrastructure sector, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in infrastructure projects, while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of civil engineering projects, infrastructure development, and a strong network within the industry.

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Undergraduate degree or above, with educational background in investment/finance/economics, or business/economic law
2. More than 3 (three) years experience in business development of infrastructure projects in particular
3. Able to use English proficiently for international business exchanges, and able to write English for business letters, agreements, etc. 
4. Able to speak and read Mandarin is a must 
5. Familiar with financial institution’s relevant policies, rules and financing models 
6. Familiar with; government policies, market trends, rules and regulations, and financial systems related to investment and financing business
7. Familiar with PPP project investment models, guarantee structures and construction and operation management is preferred
8. Able to provide professional advice to the company 
9. Good at communication, able to effectively establish and maintain partnerships and connect with owners, law firms, and financial institutions directly 
10. Have strong business negotiation skill and work execution capabilities 
11. Stress resistance, self adjustment, easily adapt to the everchanging market environment, and actively respond to various challenges 
12. Have professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and able to work with team members 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
• Identify new market trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities to grow the company’s footprint.

1. Find and screen potential and valuable projects, in accordance with the company’s development directions 
2. Responsible for  developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy focused on infrastructure projects as well as project development, financing project promotion, post project’s management and other related works 
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, government agencies, and partners in the infrastructure sectors
4. Lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals and bids for large infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
5. Leverage existing networks and establish new relationships with industry leaders, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in infrastructure development.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, finance, and legal to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
7. Handle company’s project’s registrations, change and other procedures. Maintain various certificates and licenses of the existing company, and ensure the company’s legal operation.
