Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up a local market team, lead the team to do a good job in market

development in Indonesia, develop business through channel cooperation,

online and offline lectures, MGM, etc., and be responsible for the company’s

core business indicators (user growth, retention) in Indonesia market;

2. Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of key cooperation

resources for the US and Hong Kong stock securities business in Indonesia,

including but not limited to: vertical financial institutions, financial social media celebrities, US and Hong Kong listed companies, etc., formulate business promotion plans based on channel characteristics and implement them , gain user growth;

3. Keep in touch with the headquarters to jointly formulate the marketing

strategy of the Indonesia market;

4. With the support of the headquarters, lead the team to do a good job in the localized operation of the social media official account matrix;

5. Regularly conduct market competition research and user research, provide valuable suggestions for the company’s product development and marketing strategies, and assist in product improvement and marketing strategy improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, finance or management, more than 3 years of experience in business development in the financial industry, and at least 2 years of experience in business development team management;

2.Familiar with the financial products, stock brokerage business,securities

institution business, rich financial agencies are preferred；

3. There are relatively successful market development cases in the past, and have excellent business development, resource integration, and team

management capabilities;

4. Possess a pioneering spirit, be proactive, goal-oriented, have a strong

sense of responsibility, and can accept the form of multinational teamwork;
