Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
– Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
– Identify and engage with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
– Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business.
3. Strategic Planning:
– Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
– Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on their potential impact on the business.
4. Product and Service Promotion:
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for products and services.
– Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our offerings and build brand visibility.
5. Contract Negotiation:
– Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other partners to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
– Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
– Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of import operations.
– Provide insights and feedback to improve overall company processes.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– At least 5 years of experience in business development or similar positions
– Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the import industry
– Strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
– Having strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Willing to do business travels (if needed)
– Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
