Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new clients, building and maintaining relationships, as well as driving company growth through sales to B2B clients
More specifically you will:
- Developing go-to-market strategies and plan to strengthen Bitlabs Academy product positioning in B2B through market research, business analysis, and forecasting
- Sourcing, acquiring, and conducting pitching to potential Hiring Partners
- Building and maintaining relationships with companies across Asia Pacific region to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
- Leading, overseeing and mentoring Business Development Team to ensure collective and individual targets are met
- Generate insights and deliver reports to management for continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems or related from reputable universities, such as Binus, Pelita Harapan, Prasetya Mulya. Plus if Master Degrees in Business Administration from overseas universities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Education/Training/Headhunter/Technology Solutions with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Results-driven with strategic thinking and a proven track record of solving complex problems and thinking creatively to propose client’s solutions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Bahasa
- Data-driven, able to research, track and output effective strategies based on data analysis and data insights
- Highly motivated and committed to high performance & continuous improvement
- Great Team Player, ability to work cross-functionally with various internal counterparts (e.g. Marketing, Learning Development, Operation) to generate interest and increase deal close velocity
- Digital savvy, with growth mindset to continuously learn about Data, IT, or Future of Work
