Posisi: Business Development Manager Green Rebel
Lokasi: Green Rebel Bali, Indonesia (Kantor Distributor)
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who has excellent sales, communication, and problem-solving skills – who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retailers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with our distributor to ensure order fulfillment.
- Assist in product launches, new menu launches, partnerships, commercial events, samplings, and other marketing & sales activities.
- Providing strategic alternatives for operational business development;
- Marketing negotiation and strategy with clients to increasing sales;
- Daily Canvassing for searching new potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years sales or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Strong business sense and good with numbers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian & English
- This position is to be placed in Bali, Indonesia (point of hire: Bali)

REFINED SUGAR-FREE
Most of our products are sugar free. When needed, we use small amount of lontar nectar, organic cane sugar or dates.
WHOLE FOOD CARBS
We opt for wholesome carbs such as vegetables, fruits, locally made gluten-free flour, whole-wheat flour, unbleached all purpose flour, brown rice, and red rice.
HOMEMADE FROM SCRATCH
Our carefully chosen partners along with us make all the food from scratch to ensure that all your meals are free from MSG & chemical flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings, and toxic food chemicals.
ALL NATURAL DAIRY
90% of our menus are vegan, because dairy is biologically hard to digest and may cause indigestion or allergies to some people. When using dairy, we make sure we use the healthiest option – natural dairy made from grass-fed, antibiotic-free & hormone-free cows.
SEA SALT IN SMALL AMOUNT
We only use small amount of local sea salt and liquid amino (healthiest version of soy sauce) to spice up our menu. The key to the great taste? Local herbs.
YET TASTE SO NAUGHTY
We omit all the bad and keep the good stuff, andour products taste so yummy and umami!
