Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for industrial equipment and solutions in the water sector, focusing on valves, pumps, pipelines, and water treatment systems.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, maximize revenue, and achieve business targets.

  • Manage and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders, including PDAMs (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum), the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and other relevant water utility and infrastructure organizations.

  • Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities in the water utilities and infrastructure sector.

  • Conduct client meetings, present technical solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and government projects to identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the water sector or industrial valves industry.

  • Proven track record of selling industrial equipment such as valves, pumps, pipelines, or water treatment systems.

  • Strong professional network within the water utilities and infrastructure space in Indonesia.

  • Direct experience working with or selling to PDAMs and/or the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
