We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our client’s operations in Kalimantan and Sulawesi (based in Kalimantan). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description

As a ‘Business Development Manager’ your main responsibilities will include:

• Generating and managing new business opportunities
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Identifying new markets and customer needs
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitoring sales metrics and reporting on performance
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Profile

A successful ‘Business Development Manager’ should have:

• A degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector (preferrably having handled instrumentation products)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel as needed
• Based in either Kalimantan
