Peak Recruitment are partnering with a leading global flavor producer, who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to develop and manage their Indonesia flavor business across all categories. This is a chance to join a fast-growing international flavor house which already has a local presence in Indonesia with in-country application capabilities.  

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving our client’s market activities with key F&B customers in Indonesia in addition to managing their local distribution partners. The successful candidate will come with a proven track record and strong experience in delivering commercial success & performance in flavors and related space with these customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, General Science, or related field.
• A fluent command of both Bahasa Indonesian and English is necessary for this position.
• Previous sales experience (minimum of 7 years) in the flavour industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining business relationships.
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively within actual and virtual teams regionally and globally.
