JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with the Country Manager to develop a business strategy in line with the long range and annual business plans; identifying overall Client targets and Sector initiatives and incorporate a perspective on prevailing market and global economic conditions.
  2. Proactively source and secure profitable business for the Group within existing service streams and markets using current platforms.
  3. Liaise with and support the Country Manager to develop and agree annual and long-term budgets and sales targets.
  4. Responsible for day-to-day sales and business development activities of the group to meet and exceed the annual budgets and targets set.
  5. Interface with Sygna APAC to develop a global and regional platform of business development and client management.
  6. Provide strategic support; be responsible for, the management and direction of local and regional sales meetings and conferences.
  7. Develop and implement a concise Key Account Management approach to target customer base and large prospects.
  8. Provide a regular interface and reporting structure to the Country Manager; with recommendations for forward planning and strategy.
  9. Liaise with and support the Country Manager and be responsible for generating and achieving a specific pipeline of tangible revenue opportunities.
  10. Provide input to major proposal and fee tender production, with particular emphasis on key client targets.
  11. Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of regional clients
  12. Other ad-hoc works as requested by the Country Manager and Business Development regional team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education & Training

  • Degree or above in Business / Construction / Engineering / Project Management or equivalent.

Technical Requirements

  • 10 or more years of broad and in depth experience of the International Construction/Engineering Industry, its users and providers

Managerial Experience

  • 5 or more years experience in leading and managing a sizeable team

Others

  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English Speaking, Writing, Reading
