Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Manager (B2B/Retail/E-commerce) di tempat usaha PT Saridewi Natural Kosmetik untuk daerah Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description

  • Manage sales management process – pipeline, account planning, CRM and proposal to meet target
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
  • Research activity and or market survey for new business opportunity, new revenue streams, trend and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
  • Review spending habits, marketing and branding efforts, as well as factors that can have an influence on performance
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
  • Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume and efficiency target/KPI
  • Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non-financial transaction
  • Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target
  • Track team performance and report metrics
  • Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Busdev & Sales Team to bring the best of their skills

Requirements

  • Min 5 years experience in a business development capacity in the Skin Care/Consumer Health/E-Commerce/FMCG/Hospitality/Manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of how to deal with B2B, B2C, Retailers and wholesale channels
  • Are a great deal negotiator with significant successes under your belt,
  • Having a dynamic and agile personality, a curious-minded individual who loves wearing multiple hats
  • Self-starter and the ability to work independently to achieve goals
  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
  • You are determined to reach or exceed goals regardless of challenges and can thrive well in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re passionate about sales process optimization and have a track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs
  • You have a strong sense of alignment with our purpose and mission
  • Experience working in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
