We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion for our company. This is a critical role where you will work collaboratively with the team, establish and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate and collaborate with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to provide strategic guidance for business expansion
- Monitor market trends, periodic competitive analysis, and surveys to identify the gaps, target customer insight, and revise strategies plan from time to time
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and understand their needs and requirements
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and increase business sales performance
- Dealing and negotiating with clients
- Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, and setting sales targets
- implement sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and sales promotions
- Follow up on sales progress, track sales data, and performance indicators
- Collaborate cross-functionally among departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service departments.
- Provide support to the team to ensure the achievement of business development goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales work experience
- Strong market insight and business acumen
- Excellent in sales and negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong team collaboration and coordination abilities, able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to make wise decisions in complex business environments
- Highly responsible and self-driven.
