As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be accountable in leading the company’s effort in growing the company’s logistic portfolio and increasing current asset’s occupancy.

Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key clients, including large-scale industrial users, logistics providers, and real estate brokers.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for lease agreements, property acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and project timelines.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Profile

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development within the logistics/3 PL, industrial park or logistic real estate sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse facility development and network of industrial warehouse users / tenants.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
