Hiring BD Garage Equipment for Trading company in Batuceper

Job Description:

  1. Conduct market research: Research the market to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  2. Develop a business plan: Create a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company’s goals, strategies, and financial projections.
  3. Establish partnerships and collaborations: Identify potential partners and collaborators who can help the company achieve its goals, such as suppliers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  4. Build a strong sales and marketing strategy: Develop a sales and marketing strategy that can help the company reach its target audience and generate leads. This may include advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and other tactics.
  5. Hire and train employees: Build a team of talented and motivated employees who can help the company achieve its goals. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help employees stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
  6. Monitor and evaluate progress: Continuously monitor and evaluate the company’s progress toward its goals, and adjust its strategies as needed.
  7. Acquire customer dan generate revenue.

Requirement:

  1. Education background, with min bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management or related industry
  2. Having experience of working as sales more than 3-5 years in automotive industry dealing with Garage Equipment like Lifts, Tyre Products – Balancers, Aligners, Changers, AC Service machines etc.
  3. Good Looking, Smart, High Confidence, Positive mind set, stable, dynamic, energetic, mature, responsible, highly motivated, and up to date.
  4.  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Must have good appearance, ability to work in a team and individually, honesty, discipline, willingness to work under pressure and over time 
  6. Greatly motivated and result-oriented
  7. Able to use MS Office, social media, internet.
  8. Fluent in spoken and written English

Work Hour: Mond – Saturday , 08.00 – 14.30

Placement: Batuceper, Tangerang
