We are currently looking to hire a Business Development as a part of the Sales and Marketing team at PT Powerev Persada Jaya. A business development will take the lead in developing new product and open a new market to increase selling as well as product innovation and performance.

Responsibilities:

• To master the products and solutions and develop these new products for the market. The products and solutions referred to are mechanical and electrical (ME) products in the data center field. Non-ME products for the data center market should also be included
• Opening and introducing the products to the market
• Analyze and develop market and customer requirement
• Conduct product and solution presentations for customers and project
• Develop, execute, manage, and analyze go-to-market strategy and optimize it for maximum marketing cost and product innovation
• Familiar and experience in the mechanical electrical data center product company
• Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each product to manage user communications through targeted channels such as community, in-app media, CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to define the customer needs, review project tender, build BOQ and support the sales team until project closing
• Develop company vision on the product development

• Strong capability in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, interpreting, and presenting findings
• Strong passion in mastered in the product knowledge and solution
• Strong creative problem-solving ability, passionate, innovative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill demonstrated through clear and concise communication manner
• Excellent written and verbal in English is preferred
• Excellent presentation skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
• Good marketing and business development strategy
• Have passion in building relationship and meet with new people
• Be able to operate and drive vehicle is preferred

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/technical engineer
• Possessed good knowledge and skill in Datacenter market and industry
• Candidate with technical background is preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in product marketing role
• Have passion marketing & selling skill
• Excellent skill in operate Microsoft office including word, PowerPoint,
• Familiarity with Mechanical and electrical Datacenter market trend
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have a good connection in Datacenter industry
• Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment
• Pro-active and result-oriented attitude
