Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing global organization and expand our customer base in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving regional targets. Additionally, they may be tasked with more tactical and operational activities such as lead generation, prospecting, market research, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead prospecting/lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Work in close cooperation with Marketing to create powerful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation
  • Manage the sales funnels until the onboarding of new customers
  • Maintain, manage and report of the sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Support the sales team with any necessary operational and tactical activities
  • Support Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies for South East Asia, with a main focus on Indonesia, in conjunction with all sales team members
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
  • Craft high-quality sales presentations and deliver them to prospects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Supply Chain or IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in IT, however, applicants with sales experience in other industries will be considered if they can demonstrate transferable skills and experience.
  • Thorough understanding of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outgoing, driven and highly consultative approach with strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Curious, self-starter, eager to learn, sales-minded, enthusiastic, full of energy and highly flexible.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written) to communicate with global, local clients and colleagues from overseas.
