Job Summary :

  • Responsible to achieve company growth through new store and/or new concept expansion, brand development in the right location including maintain existing best location store in each areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Brand introduction to all Landlords which is suitable for the brand’s profile, Maintain good relationships with the developers/landlords/mall team
  • To obtain complete information and all the latest updates from the Developers/Landlords for both existing and new properties.
  • Secure the best possible unit/location within premium and secondary malls/retails environments at the most strategic location within the respective premises.
  • Identify potential sites that developed by mall/new market, and mapping customer needs, includes analysing competitor’s market strengths and weaknesses and do feasibility study
  • Lead reports preparation (rent information, renewal update, actual vs budget, LOI, and other reports) and ensure its accuracy and timely completion
  • Monitor store performance vs premise cost; and ensure alignment with risk management and business development strategies
  • Analyse underperformed stores to alert operation team to decide whether the stores will be closed or changed concept or plan other options

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree of Business or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Property/Site Expansion/Business Development Manager in retail
  • Having good negotiation skill
  • Strong in analytical data and problem-solving skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
