Job Summary

This Business Development Executive reports to Country Manager, supports Business Development team in delivering the business development supports and services to the internal and external clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Proposal in response to the Client’s requirements
  • Update and maintain proposal documents as necessary, such as Company profiles and other general information
  • Assist in Bids preparation and submission
  • Prepare Presentation Slides for Client Meetings and Tender Interviews
  • Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of regional clients
  • Filing of Contracts/ Service Agreements/ Purchase Orders
  • Working closely with Marketing to update Sygna’s standard documents/PPT and brochure
  • Other ad-hoc works as requested by the Country Manager and Business Development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Degree in Marketing / Business Management/ Engineering or related discipline;
  • Internet savvy and computer literate.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English;
  • Proficient in MS applications;
