Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Control Manager di perusahaan PT Bhakti Bangun Harmoni untuk kota/kab Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Lainnya (Real Estat & Properti) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Currently we are open for new vacancies in our company as Business Control Manager This position will be stationed in Sentul, at The Sanctuary Collection

You will responsible (but not limited) to:

Provide general project control support for managing project/contract scope, budget and schedule.
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and project budget trends; document monthly and annual project budgets
Monitor contract/project expenditures and report discrepancies to management
Analyse the volume of building work that has been carried out and the remaining work for the purpose of stock taking.

You will shine in this position if you possessed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in QS, Cost Control, Project Administration/Management
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and from property developer is required for this position
Able to work as a team and individually
Target Oriented, having creative strategy and good communication skills (English and Indonesia)
Demonstrated ability to Lead and direct team, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
