Job Summary

  • The Business Consultant lead implementation project including project management, configuration and training. Business consultant has broad knowledge of Monitor ERPs functionality and the best practice methods to map customer’s processes and be able to configure Monitor ERP to meet customer’s requirement. Business Consultant should be able to advise customers to improve their internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead implementation project of Monitor ERP
  • Document implementation project according to Monitor ERP standard
  • Participate and help out with specification of new functionality in Monitor
  • Participate and help sales in pre-sales activity
  • Provide internal training in Monitor to other colleagues and departments

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering and Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a SME Manufacturing company within following functional areas, production planning, procurement and operational management.
  • Project management skills, ability lead implementation project
  • Solution architect and process mapping
  • Knowledgeable in SME manufacturing company business processes and functional areas
  • Problem solving
  • Teaching ability and good communications skills
