Who We Need:

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Business Assistant to the CEO based in Indonesia (remote or hybrid).
The ideal candidate is a proactive, responsible, and organized person with strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally.
You will support international operations, coordinate ongoing projects, and help drive business growth in Indonesia and other regions.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and control the execution of strategic and operational tasks.

• Manage the manager’s workflow: task planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Communicate with team members and partners in Indonesia (in English).

• Assist in managing and improving internal processes and documentation.

• Monitor deadlines, project progress, and team performance.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.

• Support company initiatives and international projects.

• Perform additional assignments given by the manager.

What We Expect:

• English level: B1–B2 or higher (daily communication in English).

• Fluent Russian language – communication with the manager and part of the documentation is in Russian.

• 1+ year of experience as an assistant, project coordinator, or administrator.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in IT, engineering, or other technical fields is a plus.

• Stable work history (preferably 1–2 years in one company).
