Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

One of our client PT INDOREKSA LOKAMANDIRI, representing few global companies worlwide in Indonesia. They supply raw material of paint, ink and plastic industries in Indonesia for more than 30 years. Their products have been widely used by well-known brands in diverse application such as wall paint, car and motorcycle paint, wood coating, food packaging ink, and many others.

Therefore, to further boost the growth of the company and to gain more market share, they are currently looking for highly motivated, result oriented, persistent and passionate professional to join this team to fill the below position :

Job Descriptions: 

  • Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
  • Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
  • Assist Manager in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
  • Monitor the performance of sales to spot work areas that require improvement
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
  • Ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance company’s profit
  • Assist Manager in the administration stuff, support data and following-up the Sales team
  • Performing all duties of the Manager in cases of absence or emergency
  • Train and guide sales staff to focus on company’s sales strategies as per company standards
  • Ensure sales representative’s compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Good attitude
  • Strong analytical & calculation thinking
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel & Pivot in particular)
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, well organized, detailed-oriented
  • Technology savvy
