Objective of job:

• Supporting in building data base of parts penetration potential, customer mapping, competitors movement and other related data information
• Gathering all information related to competitor movement, OEM parts that will be used for analyzing
• Processing the fleet customer program run smoothly and on time in order to provide better service to dealer and customers
• Supporting all data processing that will be used for data analysis 
• Analysis of sales trends, market condition, competitive pricing and identification of opportunities.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/ Business Management/Statistics
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in the Automotive Business especially in After Sales 
• Sufficient experience in market survey, strong data analysis, planning & reporting
• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent in data analytical skill
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to evaluate/manage data from a variety of sources
• Disciplined in creating consistent data analysis and reports
• Good negotiation skill.
• Target oriented person with passion and able to work in high pressure.
• Excellent computer literate, excellent in Ms Office – Word, Power Point and Advance Excel.
• Good Knowledge of Parts Business in Indonesia market.
• Good working performance individually as well as in a team.
• Experience in analyzing and presenting data.
• Excellent understanding of compliance and anti-trust regulations
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001

Job Description:

Strategic Initiatives

• Support in building database of parts penetration potential and customer mapping.
• Collect and analyze information to support the strategic and operating plans of the aftersales business.
• Coordinate with all after-sales commercial function for Market Survey Requirement on Competition and provide summary for it.
• Collect, monitor, benchmark global competitor spare parts data (price, availability, warranty etc, customer product value perceptions and market trends.
• Gather information toward competitor activity for parts marketing campaign
• Use analysis to prepare business reports and highlighting opportunities. Model the impact of proposed price changes on product lifecycle costs, customer spend profile, market and competitor benchmarks and annual revenue and profit.

Planning and Performance Process

• Provide objective and holistic view to all forecasting discussions by challenging assumptions, reviewing across categories, comparing to industry, etc. Identify and interpret short and long terms CSP business trends.
• Assessment of retail demand of spare parts in each cluster, aggregated to region.
• Potential analysis, how much of the market is addressed by OEM/ OES/Local/Vendor and others
• Future demand and qualitative assessment of opportunity
• Analysis of sales trends, market conditions, competitive pricing and identification of opportunities
• Provide Regular Sales Review (versus target) and work with Regional Manager on providing deeper data on achievement analysis
• Develop strong partnership and work with stakeholders to understand, analyze problems, critically assess current issues and improve the business process

Potential Business

• Regular analysis of aftersales programs and providing recommendation to implement improvements.
• Supporting for localization parts activities
• Coordinate all activities related to new product launch preparation, initial parts preparation & special tools readiness to respective Departments
• Support parts localization program
• Coordinate and verify data collection & data mapping on parts business with Business Analyst. Share regularly the new product information and competition update
• Channel sales analysis
