Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Analyst Project Intern (TikTok Shop SMB) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) di tempat usaha TIKTOK PTE LTD (TIKTOK) untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Analis Bisnis/Sistem (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok’s technical online assessment. ID SMB team manages sellers from USD 0-60K Monthly GMV; comprising of over 95% of seller count in ID and 35% of ID Country GMV.

As a business analyst intern, you will be exposed to various projects and initiatives we have to ensure that we can systematically graduate as many sellers to the clusters (FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, electronics) teams and obtaining “basic” qualifications as country-wide priority Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis related to TikTok Shop sellers, and identify improvement of the selllers
  • Regularly monitor and query the project progress, data, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Assist the team with various data analysis, operational tasks, that can contribute to improved workflow and efficiency.
  • Analyze seller performance and suggest improvements based on data and seller feedback to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree or above, internship with operation/business-related work experience.
  • Clear logic, strong execution ability, sharp critical thinking rigor, data analysis ability, strong self-drive, and certain ability to resist pressure.
  • Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia as the role will oversee Indonesia market.

  • Highly proficient in Excel and Word

Preferred Qualification

  • Pursuing undergraduate study in technical field: computer science, finance, mathematics, engineering
