Role Overview

The Business Analyst – Digital Solution for Automotive Sector will act as the bridge between business users and the development team, translating client requirements into system specifications and ensuring the delivery of effective digital solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting automotive industry projects, ensuring that system functionality aligns with operational needs and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and system design for automotive-related projects.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create documentation such as BRD, FRD, and workflow diagrams.

• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirement accuracy and project alignment.

• Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance processes.

• Provide post-implementation analysis and improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure solution delivery meets expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst or System Analyst, in the Automotive industry or IT consulting.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Language Proficiency: Business-level English, and able to understand technical terms.

• Professional Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in documenting requirements using standard tools and templates.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
