Business Administrative & GM Assistant has responsibility to provide comprehensive support to General Manager and Business team in order to responds and resolve administrative inquiries related to business properly by providing support to General Manager and Commercial Leader administrative activities, preparing any required reports, maintain & record required documents properly, etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Business intelligence data entry and analysis on company software / application
• Coordinate business projects and maintain relevant information up to date & ensure confidentiality on all related matters
• Assist in daily communications and interactions between business team and support functions
• Review, route and obtain approvals from different departments in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to General Manager
• Coordinate and manage meetings and events, as required
• Any other ad hoc general tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, or any related major
• Have minimum 2-3 years  of working experience in Multinational Company 
• A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent listening, organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up;
• Independent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way
• Demonstrated ability to exercise prudent judgment involving issues of a confidential and sensitive nature
• Excellent communication skills emphasizing writing and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively both in English & Bahasa
• Proficient using Microsoft Office application especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint and ability to learn new software such as Salesforce.com or PowerBI
