Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Bus Technical Trainer di tempat usaha PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Engineering Education or Diploma 3 in Engineering plus its technical equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Mercedes-Benz Truck/Bus Dealer
  • Vocational Training Graduate (Advantage).
  • Holding Bus / Truck driver’s license
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mercedes-Benz workshop.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training related fields
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Bus and Truck product.
  • Comprehensive Vehicle operation knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Bus and Truck product.
  • Excellent operate and driving of Mercedes-Benz product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent English in both oral and written format
  • Good understanding of overall automobile after-sales business in both wholesale and retail
  • Good understanding of bus market and customers
  • Outstanding understanding and knowledge of bus and bus driver training and technical trainings
  • Outstanding training skills
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Outstanding understanding of automotive aftersales systems such as: XPI, Xentry WIS, XOT, VeDoc, BusDoc, TIPS. and literatures
  • ISO 9001 and Eco Industry knowledge
  • Recruitment & interview skill
  • Very good knowledge and IT understanding in operating Mercedes-Benz Diagnosis tools.
  • Excellent understanding of Truck and Bus Learning Management systems

Job Description:

Training Implementation & Development

  1. Collect and reflect the market and internal feedback about aftersales training demand, training efficiency and effectiveness
  2. Develop, modify and improve the training modules according to the given training responsibility based on market and internal demand, and the global training modules
  3. Develop, implement and monitor the training plan for the given training responsibility
  4. Prepare, organize and ensure the training logistics including training venue booking, invitation to participants, data input to training management system, training aids, test, training evaluation, and uniform and so on.
  5. Deliver the training modules to service network, business partner, internal departments and end-customers according to the training plan
  6. Measure and improve the training quality and efficiency based on the given KPI sets (Minimum number of participants = 8 and Average final test score = 75)
  7. Ensure the training quality and requirement for Daimler certified training modules and certification training modules
  8. Monitor and ensure actual service quality provided to end-customers by service network for the given training responsibility
  9. Preparing training material for new product in line with commercial vehicle product launch preparation.

Test, evaluation and certification.

  1. Developing, update and adjusting the commercial vehicle technical test and certification material.
  2. Implementing initial, mid-term and final test for certification of retail technicians.
  3. Regular evaluation of Commercial Vehicle Product Training process implementation
  4. Performing certification of retail technician according to the After-Sales Job Profiles covering all level and cluster of competence.
  5. Monitoring the training results at Mercedes-Benz dealers and fleet-owners for reference of further development of training program.

Training material & media

  1. Developing and update of commercial vehicle product training material for trainer reference and trainees handbook.
  2. Translation of specific training literature/information from German/English into Indonesian language.
  3. Developing specific training aid e.g. cut model, simulator to ensure information transfer efficiency in classroom training.
  4. Development, maintenance and update of training model and media according to the current MB product range.

Training Management support

  1. Support chief technical training manager for KPI management and reporting
  2. Support chief technical training manager for training quality and efficiency improvement, new training method development, and cooperation with 3rd party training institute
  3. Support chief technical training manager for overall training planning, training system and data management
  4. Support chief technical training manager for training certification and audit process
  5. Inventory of training facilities; e.g. literature, media and model.
  6. Input and maintenance of trainees achievement record database
  7. Inventory of training facilities; e.g. literature, media and model and ensure the availability and readiness for use
  8. Preparing commercial vehicle training achievement report on quarterly basis.
  9. Ensure all necessary reports and information are updated and submitted in accordance to the required format and timelines

Training center management support

  1. Support chief technical training manager for training center management including the management of the assets, office appliance, decorations and furniture, training systems and models, training vehicle, tools, equipment, textbooks and other training aids

Project

  1. Contribute as active member in all initiatives, projects and activities organized or initiated by the CSP Training Department and After-Sales Division.
  2. Actively participate in events and projects initiated by Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia and/or Global Daimler company

Personnel Development

  1. Participating in technical and non-technical training program within domestic and regional training for updating the skills and knowledge of MB and automotive technology.
  2. Participating in the Trainer Qualification and Certification program according to MB trainer profiles.
  3. Self-learning at Commercial Vehicle assembly line and Commercial Vehicle workshops within MB dealers and Fleet-owners.

ISO procedures and requirements

  1. Keeping all training facilities, document and record in a standard procedure for easy access and traceable at any time required.
  2. Preparation and arrangement of measuring tool calibration to ensure the measurement accuracy according to ISO and technical requirements.

Special tasks / Regional Roles

  1. Participating in the regional projects/activities as parts of CoC responsibilities within SEA & NEA markets covering trucks buses and Unimog.
  2. Performing special tasks assigned by superior within the projects and activities of DCVI.
  3. Participating in training & education related events/activities organized by external institutions, with approval/assignment by superior.
