Currently, Panin Dai-ichi Life is looking for a qualified Budget Administration & Cost Monitoring to provide analysis and review of Proposal Contest & Realization or Event, including control of the Contest ratio, also provide reports to management to analyze the cost ratio/ expense ratio and provide others reports for Other Department.

Responsibilities :

• Provide analysis and review of Proposal Contest & Realization or Event, including control of the Contest ratio to make ensure all Proposals have completeness of contents, clear objectives and criteria, and maintain the cost ratio of the loading.
• Prepare, coordinate and maintain Reports to other department
• Prepare, coordinate and provide reports to management to analyze the cost ratio/ expense ratio:

– Monthly Monitoring Budget Expense Realization BAU & SIO

– Bank Partner Project Cost Analysis

– Corporate Cost Analysis

• Marketing Incentives and Contest Control and Analysis by Distribution channel

Key Requirements :

• Educational background : Bachelor and/or Master Degree majoring Accounting
• Excellent communication in english
• Minimum 4 years experience in related area (Budgeting & Reporting area)
• Project management skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment within given deadlines.
• Experience in deliver analytical review.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
