Your Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  3. Prepare and execute a comprehensive 360 campaign go to market strategy
  4. Manage planning & execution for both owned media and paid/external Media
  5. Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging.
  7. Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  8. Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.
  9. End to end campaign ownership

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred for some positions.
  2. 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  4. Understanding of the marketing/media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand’s target audience.
  5. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
