Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Brand Manager di kantor Silkygirl untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned brands/products that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Develop and manage brand budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Lead the development of promotional and advertising materials, ensuring that all message is consistent with brand strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategies are integrated across all aspects of the business.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team to inform brand strategy.

Job Specification

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in business management, marketing, or any related fields.
Having minimum 5 years experience in brand management, sales & retail, marketing, or any related area, preferably in beauty/personal care brand.
Strong creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
Having strong marketing and commercial mindset with the ability to analyze consumer and market data.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Having good communications skills and fluent in English both written & speaking.
