• Supervise and lead the team for optimization and brand growth (business development, sales, creative, operational, finance, legal) through planning, execution, and reports.
• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and sales across the company’s online and offline platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and build brand credibility.
• Conduct and report market research, market trends, and competitors’ activities to understand consumer behavior and preferences and craft the brand and product positioning and strategies.
• Develop, manage, evaluate, and optimize budget to drive sales and profit growth.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns at brands channels
• Manage multi and concurrent projects to fulfill company objectives.
• Develop and lead the implementation of activation, innovation, and ideas based on the brand’s and company’s vision.
• Coaches and evaluate the team in skills and competencies with a growth mindset approach to push the company’s growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties, across multiple departments to support brand strategies and plans.
• Measure and reports the performance of all campaigns, and sales
• Assess the ROI and KPIs of the team and self with weekly and monthly reporting.
• Manage, create, administer, and publish original high-quality content and events for CRM, sales, and awareness. 
• Develop and execute creative content ideas in line with the brand’s image and values for the brands.
• Manage and drive the development and implementation of new brand initiative launches to ensure launch timelines are on track and met.
• Be accountable for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, and campaigns to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Be responsible for brand management including brand growth, promotion activities, and achieving sales targets to implement appropriate plan changes if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work ASAP
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years experience in product/brand management (preferably from FMCG, Cosmetics, or Lifestyle Brands)
• Understand and is up to date with current lifestyle, digital and creative trends in the beauty industry.
• Creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas
• Team working, strong analytical and numerical skills, fast-paced, and result oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, implement, measure, and report all of the performance of marketing and sales campaigns
• Understand Brand Management (marketing, positioning, launch, research, budget, and competition), SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
• Experienced in using Marketplace (Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia) Ads, Facebook Ads, pixel, GDN, and google analytics for remarketing and funneling
• Have experience in SEM and social media marketing with high ROI in conversion or high awareness/pooling audience
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing
