Key responsibilities:

  • Showroom renovation – You shall actively participate in the renovation process to monitor, follow-up closely and update to management timely towards completion.

  • Showroom management – You are immaculate to maintain high standard cleanliness and well-maintained equipment to ensure smooth daily operation and a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

  • Visual merchandising management – You have the flair to oversees that all displays are arranged according to brand requirement to create an attractive and inviting environment.

  • Inventory management – You have great planning skill in making sure that all inventories are well-stocked, clean and organized at all times.

  • People management – Yo u possess great leadership quality to lead and monitor the conduct and carriage of your team and Sales Executives in maintaining their professional conduct, attire and attendance. You will motivate and mentor your team while fostering a positive work environment towards achieving company goals.

  • Customer relation management – You love engaging with people. You are skillful and professional in handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Great inter-department collaboration and correspondence skills with the mindset to recruit and link potential sales lead to expand our customer data base.

  • Reporting management – You plan ahead and ensure all daily and monthly reports are accurate and submitted timely to the Directors.

Job requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen.

  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication.

  • Proven working experience as a Brand & Customer Relationship Manager or in a similar role.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; while a degree in Design or Architecture would be a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Ability to analyze customer data and make strategic decisions or recommendations to help improve customer experiences, optimize marketing strategies and drive growth.

  • Proficient in using computers and software applications, especially showroom management software will be an advantage.

  • Flexibility in working schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.

  • Familiarity with design, architecture, or building materials will be a plus
