Compawnion is Indonesia’s leading fresh dog food company driven by love and science. Our company consists of two brands Pawmeals and UGO.

With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as Brand Manager in this movement.

For this role, you will be placed in one of our brands, UGO dog food, which the aim of this role is to develop UGO brand plans, monitoring market situation and create ideas to improve company’s brand image.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop annual Category and Brand plans in full synergy with the mid and long-term plan.
• Rigorously lead the communication agenda with meaningful, impactful and disruptive communications for both of the brands and brand-say and do.
• Gain market share and improve penetration of core and develop the market with new benefit spaces, untapped consumer needs to innovate, create, enter into new opportunities.
• Lead the best media first plans, creative marketing campaigns with the use of multiple channels and tools.
• Manage the cross functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with growing e-commerce partners to ensure a strong e-commerce portfolio and share.
• Closely monitor the market for the competition and act rapidly with full agility to keep strengthening market share in the competition.
• Ensure the development of the direct reports through empowerment and teamwork.
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial level and/or leading team.
• Experienced as Brand Manager from FMCG of Pet Food industries is a must.
• Ability to inspire people to deliver company mission, demonstrate passion for the business.
• Proven ability to lead cross category teams.
• Proven experience in managing and growing the team.
• Strong project management skills (concrete evidence of successful & complex projects).
• Strong understanding and experience on communication development, digital tools & landscape.
• Strong business & analytical mindset.
