Job Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships
  and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
• Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values and Making important business decisions to ensure campaigns align with the company’s vision and direction.
• Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility and utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
• Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
• Collaborating with different teams such as e-commerce, sales, creative, production, etc

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or related field.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Highly organised and perform well under pressure.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• A strategic thinker person that able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• 3 to 5 years of having a background in Skincare, Personal Care or the Fashion industry is preferred.
