• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, distributors, and retail partners.
• Drive innovation and explore new opportunities for brand expansion, product development, and market penetration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the beer industry.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the alcohol industry or related consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the beer industry, with a deep knowledge of beer culture, trends, and consumer preferences.
• Experience working in a multinational company or managing global brands is a plus.
