Segera dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Brand General Manager (Cosmetic & Skincare) di tempat usaha PT Laneige Indonesia Pacific untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Manajer Umum/Unit Bisnis (CEO & Manajemen Umum) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 40.000.000 - Rp 50.000.000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Brand Management:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.

  2. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decision.

  3. Ensure brand positioning and messaging align with the company’s vision and values.

  • Brand Development and Planning:

  1. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.

  2. Manage the brand portfolio, including product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.

  • Financial Management/ Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:

  1. Develop and manage the overall P&L for the brand, including revenue planning, expense management, and profitability analysis.

  2. Track and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with financial regulations.

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Stock Management:

  1. Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

  2. Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

  3. Analyze and forecast demand to align supply chain activities with market needs.

  4. Continuously improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain operations.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand management team.

  2. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  3. Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.

  • Consumer and Market Insights:

  1. Continuously gather and analyze consumer feedback, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.

  2. Use insights to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.

  3. Proactively address market challenges and emerging trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Having working experiences in Beauty/Cosmetic Industries in the Managerial position at least 5 years (IS A MUST)

  • Experience in Brand Management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Data analysis tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in English both Oral and Written (Is a Must)

  • Well expertise of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Strategies, Multi brand store (ex: Sociolla, Sephora, etc)

  • Proven ability to manage P&L for a brand.

  • Creative and innovative mindset.
