Creation of a control environment that respects the principles of budgetary control in all marketing teams. Ensure all activities comply with accounting standards, company policy and all relevant legislation.
Assist
and guide brand teams and support services teams on budget preparation by
brand/line and cost center.
Drive
the month end close to deliver accurate and timely close in line with the
business requirements and designated timeframes. Provide hands-on support as
required to ensure all key deliverables are met. Reconcile both P&L and
Balance sheet accounts.
Coordination, critical review and accuracy of expected results – Annual plan & latest estimates including monthly assessment and communication of ongoing risks and opportunities.
Support the initiative process by assisting brand marketing and new product development teams: Evaluate initiative P&L & assumptions behind, develop reporting, provide post analysis.
Provide
input and build 5-year strategic plan for the portfolio in collaboration with
Brand marketing teams
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business (Accounting/Finance/Economics).
Good written and spoken English
Business acumen and understand the commercial aspects of FMCG industry (consumer goods) and business key drivers.
Ability to build relationship, build strong business case and able to influence people
Broad range of commercial finance experience within FMCG with 5-8 years Finance and Commercial experience in FMCG as manager
Proven business partnership and influencing skills with Commercial team & Supply Chain teams.
Experienced with working with matrix and/or virtual working relationships
Extensive leadership skills
High level of commercial & business acumen
Experience in promotional and marketing investment analysis
Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills.
