Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Brand Executive di kantor PT HM Sampoerna Tbk untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

We are currently seeking visionary creative thinker with strong analytical skills, expert in Brand Management to join our Brand Marketing team as Brand Executive based in Jakarta.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Assist the Brand Manager in preparing and implementing the annual marketing plans, brand building strategy, and budget preparation.
Regularly monitor the brand performances & competitor’s activities and recommend strategies for volume/market share development.
Coordinate & interface with all relevant departments (commercial, legal, EA, etc.) in order to maintain effective teamwork in developing new brand initiatives, trade programs, and other brand activities.
Check all marketing expenses relating to the assigned brand.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

College/University, University Degree for any discipline
3 – 4 years’ experience in Brand Management, having experience in FMCG and/or Tobacco Industry would be an advantage.
Have experience in data analytic and good business acumen
Agile and have strong drive for result
Have a good presentation skill both in creating and presenting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
Fluency in written and spoken English
