Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Brand Communication Manager (Mandarin) di tempat usaha PT Big Fish Hunter untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 12.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Hello Jobseeker! Big Fish Hunter is currently hiring for Brand Communication Manager on behalf of our client. Please read the job description and requirements below:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies that will promote our brand, products, and services to our target market;
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives and supports the company brand’s image, reputation, and visibility;
  • Develop and implement communication campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, advertising, events, and public relations;
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and ROI;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all touchpoints;
  • Manage external communication vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are of high quality, on time, and within budget;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for our brand to stand out in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields;
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand communication, marketing communication, or public relations;
  • Mandarin and English speaking capability is a must;
  • Familiar with SEO and digital marketing tools;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with our target audience;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and partners;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, with the ability to ensure deliverables meet our brand standards and guideline;
  • Someone with experience in B2B marketing and a multinational company is preferred.
