Job description & requirements

We are looking for an Brand Associate to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective branding strategies as well as brand development for our clients.   For this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing for our brand. You should hold a degree in Marketing or a similar field and have a deep understanding of multiple distribution channels and advertising activities. If you also have previous experience analyzing consumer behavior and organizing promotional events, we would like to meet you.   We’re looking for someone who never shys away from a challenge and is always willing to grow. At Dbrandcom, we believe we are all learners so someone who sees themselves as a half full but also half empty glass would be someone we’d like to chat with over coffee!   Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market trends and target clients preferences
• Create brand development and strategy for client needs.
• Ensure strong brand presence for clients in online and offline channels
• Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
• Design advertising campaigns for new products/services for clients.
• Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
• Participate in organizing promotional events to positively present our company

Requirements

• Must have a Masters in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field
• Previous work experience as an Brand Associate or Marketing Executive
• Confident in creative content creation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
• Excellent communication skills
