Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Branch Manager - Surabaya di kantor PT Bank Amar Indonesia untuk daerah Surabaya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Promoting and marketing the branch and its product specially Funding Product (Deposito)
  • Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as providing excellent services to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the banking industry especially in funding products
  • Experienced in Funding product
  • Has experience to manage a branch and develop a team
  • Passionate to develop a team
  • Experience in people management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal English skills
