Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Makassar & Denpasar

Reports to: General Manager

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible to work with team to building relationships with new clients, developing business strategies, identify prospects, bring in new sales and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.

Branch Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare financial statements for the branch
  • Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports
  • Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs
  • Grow business and customer acquisition
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.

Branch Manager Requirements and Skills

Ø Minimum of five years experience as Branch Manager

Ø Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field (S-1)

Ø Proficient in English is a must

Ø Have a consultative sales approach

Ø Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ø Good presentation skills

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities and work

Ø Driven and motivated

Ø Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time

Ø Result Oriented

Ø Mentor junior employees and lead a team

Ø Willing to be stationed in all business offices branches
